Before launching Ascenda Capital Partners, he served as Chief of Staff at Zinch, a fintech in California acquired by a search fund, where he led major operational improvements and helped the business scale. He has also worked with DILA Capital and Mastercard Advisors, driving innovation and strategic growth for startups and large corporates alike. Enrique holds an MBA from Chicago Booth. He balances business with adventure, whether it’s scaling mountains, free diving, or cycling around Mexico City's hilly forrest parks.
